Housing Stabilization Services are available to all Minnesota individuals on Medicare who are facing housing insecurity.
- According to the Department of Human Services, a person must meet the following criteria:
- * Be eligible for Medical Assistance (MA).
- * Be at least 18 years old.
- * Have a documented disability or chronic illness.
- * You may be experiencing housing insecurity.
